Question 1

What does BizOS do?

Accepted Answer

BizOS is an independent advisory platform in India. It registers a company once, assesses it on its CIBIL MSME Rank (CMR) and consented director CIBIL records, and then matches that single profile to lenders, equity investors, government schemes, partnership counterparties and investment routes for surplus capital.

Question 2

What is a CMR rating?

Accepted Answer

CIBIL MSME Rank (CMR) ranks an Indian business from 1 to 10 on the likelihood of default, derived from its borrowing and repayment behaviour. CMR 1 to 3 is treated as strong, 4 to 6 as acceptable with conditions, and 7 to 10 as high risk. It sits inside the Company Credit Report that lenders pull.

Question 3

How can an Indian MSME borrow without collateral?

Accepted Answer

Under the CGTMSE scheme, eligible MSMEs can obtain credit guarantee cover of up to ₹5 crore, which allows a lender to advance funds without collateral security. The lender still underwrites the borrower on cash flow and credit conduct.

Question 4

How much working capital can a business get?

Accepted Answer

Working capital limits are typically assessed at 15% to 25% of annual turnover, adjusted for receivable days, inventory holding and GST filing discipline.

Question 5

Where can a business park surplus money in India?

Accepted Answer

Common routes are pre-leased commercial property at indicative rental yields of 8% to 9.5%, fractional real estate from about ₹25 lakh, managed farmland, PMS mandates from ₹50 lakh, AIF mandates from ₹1 crore, listed equity, bonds and sovereign gold instruments. Returns are market-linked and not assured.

Question 6

Does BizOS lend money or manage funds?

Accepted Answer

No. BizOS is an advisory platform. It is not a lender, bank, stockbroker or investment adviser of record. Funding decisions rest with the respective banks, NBFCs, funds and scheme authorities; insurance is placed through IRDAI-licensed partners.

Question 7

How does BizOS use AI?

Accepted Answer

AI is used for conversational registration in seven Indian languages, a free indicative pre-eligibility read, document intelligence that extracts figures from GST returns and bank statements, and shortlisting of matched funding routes. Every eligibility verdict is made by a human credit desk.
