Last updated 31 October 2026 · These terms apply to BizOS, the business financial operating system for MSMEs, operated by BISFIOPS Private Limited ("BISFIOPS", "we").

The service

BizOS gives financial information, assessments, reports and introductions to lenders, insurers and other providers. It is guidance to help you decide; it is not a loan offer, an approval, a guarantee or investment advice. Final terms, rates and approvals are decided by the provider.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information and share only documents you are entitled to share. Keep your sign-in details private. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other people's data, test or attack our systems, or copy our content or methods.

Fees

Any fee is shown to you before you agree to it. Where we earn a fee from a provider for an introduction, we tell you.

Intellectual property

BISFIOPS, KIRA, BizOS, AInvested, their logos, software, methods and reports belong to BISFIOPS Private Limited. Reports prepared for you may be used by you and the providers you choose.

Liability

We work carefully but cannot promise any outcome from a lender, insurer or market. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned.

Law and disputes
