How to check your CMR

Your CMR appears in the Company Credit Report (CCR) issued by TransUnion CIBIL. A business can request its own CCR from TransUnion CIBIL, and a lender pulls it with your consent when you apply for credit. New to CMR? Start with the CMR guide.
Where does the rank appear?
CMR is printed in the Company Credit Report, alongside the business's loan accounts, limits, repayment history and enquiries. If the business is not eligible or has too little history, the rank field may be blank or marked as not available. What a missing rank means.
Who can pull it?
- The business itself, by requesting its own Company Credit Report from TransUnion CIBIL.
- Lenders who are members of the bureau, when you apply for a loan, limit or renewal, with your consent.
- An adviser cannot pull your report on their own. They can only read a report you share with them, or one obtained through a consented, authorised channel.
What you will need
TransUnion CIBIL sets the current process and documents. Typically a business is asked for its legal name and registered address, PAN of the entity, a contact person authorised to act for the business, and proof of that authority. Check the current requirements on TransUnion CIBIL's site before you apply.
What a Company Credit Report contains
- The CMR rank, where one is given
- Every credit facility: term loans, cash credit, overdraft, bank guarantees and letters of credit
- Sanctioned limits, outstanding balances and how much of each limit is used
- Days past due on each account, month by month
- Enquiries made by lenders
- Suit-filed, wilful-default or written-off accounts, if any

Before you share a report
Share it only with people you have engaged. A credit report is personal financial data. BizOS stores reports encrypted and uses them only for the review you asked for.

Can someone else check my CMR without consent?
No. Lenders pull it with your consent when you apply for credit. An adviser can only read a report you choose to share.
