Business loans, sized on what your books actually show
Term loans, cash-credit limits and refinancing for Indian MSMEs — arranged through banks, NBFCs and private credit funds after a real read of your financials.
What we arrange
Term loans for expansion and machinery, cash-credit and overdraft limits for the operating cycle, loan against property, lease rental discounting, and refinancing of expensive existing debt. Ticket sizes typically run from ₹25 lakh to ₹25 crore.
How lenders size your limit
Working-capital limits are usually assessed at 15–25% of annual turnover, adjusted for your receivable days, inventory holding and GST filing discipline. Term loans are sized on cash accrual and debt-service coverage. Where the numbers are borderline, structure matters more than pleading — that is the part we do.
What improves your odds
Twelve months of clean GST filings, a stable average bank balance, no cheque returns, promoter CIBIL above 700, and a CMR rank of 1–4. Our assessment tells you exactly where you stand on each before a lender ever sees your file.
Why route it through BizOS
A single consented profile goes to matched lenders instead of a scattergun of applications — which protects your credit report from a cluster of hard enquiries and gets a serious answer faster.
Start with a funding-readiness profile
Register your company once. The same consented profile is matched across lenders, investors, government schemes, partnerships and investment routes — and assessed on your CMR rank and director CIBIL records.
Questions we are asked
What is the minimum turnover for an MSME business loan in India?
Most banks look for ₹1 crore or more in annual turnover and at least two to three years of operations for an unsecured or partly secured business loan, though scheme-backed routes such as CGTMSE and MUDRA go considerably lower.
How long does a business loan sanction take?
A complete file with GST returns, audited financials and bank statements typically moves to sanction in two to six weeks depending on the lender and whether collateral valuation is required.
